When making a purchase from Motherhood Unplugged it’s important to complete your order with accurate contact details to ensure your package arrives to your home in a timely manner. If by chance, you enter the wrong contact details please contact us directly at email@example.com and in the subject line order state ADDRESS CORRECTION and our team will action this as soon as possible. In the event you enter an incorrect address, Motherhood Unplugged are not responsible for replacing your order if your items have already been dispatched.
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUS) and includes 10% GST required by Australian Law. Motherhood Unplugged reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.
Motherhood Unplugged will accept payment of your purchase in the following ways: credit card (Mastercard and Visa only), Paypal, Afterpay, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Zip are accepted. If for some reason, none of the above options work for you please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and in the subject line state PAYMENT OPTIONS and our team will action this as soon as possible.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if items are returned used, soiled or damaged.
Motherhood Unplugged will happily assist with a return or exchange of any of our products purchased at full price from our online store within 30 days of the original receipt. The product that is being returned or exchanged must still be in the original packaging, tags attached and with the original receipt of purchase. In addition, the product must be new/unused/unworn/unwashed/not having any odour to the product like smoke or perfume. Motherhood Unplugged will not exchange any product that is not accompanied with the original proof of purchase.
As internet shopping is not the same as conventional shopping, at Motherhood Unplugged postage for returns/exchanges must be pre-paid and pre-paid only because this is a cost that we incur. The customer must pay for shipping the item/s back to Motherhood Unplugged and then pay for shipping again to them. When you send your return/exchange product back to Motherhood Unplugged please ensure to follow the following steps:
- The customer takes full responsibility for returning the product (via Registered Mail with Australia Post) to the Motherhood Unplugged warehouse. Please note, if the product gets damaged in transit it will be the responsibility of the customer to lodge a complaint directly with Australia Post and we will not be able to refund until the product has been returned in a resalable condition.
- The product must be received by Motherhood Unplugged in a fully resalable condition and must include original packaging, copy of manuals, any warrantee cards and must be accompanied by original order printout, packing slip or facsimile.
- Any product returned to Motherhood Unplugged must not have any permanent damage such as but not limited to: engraved or indelibly marked. If the product is return to Motherhood Unplugged like this, we will not accept these goods as they are not in a resalable condition. We will return this product to the customer, once the customer has made payment for postage and handling back to their address.
Motherhood Unplugged is not responsible for packages not received and therefore, suggests you use a carrier that provides a tracking number and keeping the tracking number recorded in a safe place.
If you have requested a refund, a credit will be issued within 10 business days of receipt of returned goods.
Motherhood Unplugged have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our website. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor will display the colour 100% accurately.
All content on the Motherhood Unplugged website, such as but not limited to: images, text, logos, graphics, advertisements etc will remain the property of Motherhood Unplugged unless specified otherwise. If anyone uses the Motherhood Unplugged intellectual property in an unauthorised manner they may breach: copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.
PRIVACY AND SECURITY
At Motherhood Unplugged we respect your privacy and therefore any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will be kept safe and confidential and only used to process your order unless you tick the box at checkout signing up to receive our commercial communication. Motherhood Unplugged will not sell, rent, loan or disclose your information to others unless otherwise required by law. The Motherhood Unplugged website is secure and will not store your payment details.
At check out, you will have an option to sign up for electronic commercial messages. By ticking this option, you’re consenting to receive further electronic communications from Motherhood Unplugged such as but not limited to: special discount offers, giveaways, new product release etc. You can however, unsubscribe from receiving these commercial messages by either hitting the unsubscribe button at the bottom of your electronic communication or by emailing us at email@example.com
Any information collected by Motherhood Unplugged may be used in the sale of Motherhood Unplugged to the new business.
Motherhood Unplugged do not do refunds for change of mind. However, it is at a discretion If we do decide to do a refund for a change of mind there will be a 10% restocking fee. This will only be applicable if the products have not yet been packaged and booked for delivery.
