Shipping Within Australia

Motherhood Unplugged shipping prices are a flat rate of $9.95 this does include bulky items or items sent straight from our distributor. Motherhood Unplugged would also like to add that shipping prices include: the actual cost of shipping and the packaging (that include the satchel/box/tape/bubble wrap etc). Please keep in mind that some orders may arrive in separate packages if items are being shipped direct from our distributors.

Parcels being sent to remote locations; we reserve the right to pass on additional postage charges. We will however contact you prior to dispatch to receive your approval for any additional charges. Motherhood Unplugged will do everything possible to keep postage and delivery to a minimum.

Free Shipping Over $150

All purchases over $150 will receive free postage within Australia, this does include bulky items or items sent straight from our distributor.

Pre-Order Items

Please be advised if you purchase an item that is pre-order, we will hold your entire parcel and ship when that pre-order product arrives the warehouse. In the event you need the other items as an emergency we are happy for you to contact us and pay for the additional postage.

If we expect any delays with your order Motherhood Unplugged will contact you immediately and likewise if your order is urgent please let us know in the comments section at checkout and we will endeavor to dispatch it sooner.

If you have proof of purchase

If you are able to provide suitable proof of purchase within 28 days, Motherhood Unplugged will gladly provide you with an exchange, or repair. Refunds are not given for change of mind, or incorrect decision unless required by law. However, if the item is faulty, significantly different from what was shown to you, or it does not do what it was advised to do, or where otherwise required by law – we will gladly exchange or refund. Refunds will be given using your original payment method.
For an item to be refunded and / or exchanged the item needs to be in a re-saleable condition which includes:
• the original labels are still attached;
• the item is in its original packaging
• the item is unused

If you believe an item you have purchased from Motherhood Unplugged is faulty, we may need to send the item to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair. Warranty does not apply to improper care, misuse of the product, or normal wear and tear caused by product use. We, Motherhood Unplugged and the Manufacturer, reserve the right to inspect the unit. You may be charged for repairs if the product has been damaged accidentally. If the product is found to be faulty due to manufacturers fault within 4 weeks from date of purchase, you will be provided with a choice of repair, exchange, or refund. A Motherhood Unplugged receipt is required for proof of purchase.

Warranty periods are as stated for individual items. If the item is out of warranty period, a fee for repair will be charged.

We will refund in the event that the goods purchased are faulty, provided the fault is not due to wear and tear and is a manufacturing fault. This will be determined on the return of the item and once assessed. In the unlikely event of faulty goods, they must be returned to us within 12 months from date of purchase.

If you do not have proof of purchase

If you cannot provide satisfactory proof of purchase, Motherhood Unplugged may, at its discretion, provide you with an exchange or Gift Voucher to the current value of the item provided the item(s) are in a re-saleable condition in its original packing and has not been used, and if the item is currently stocked in-store.

Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchange or refund on special orders of and products that are not usually stocked within our stores or are a pre-ordered item.

Online refunds or exchanges exclude delivery charges. Delivery in non-refundable.

Gift Vouchers are non refundable and cannot be replaced if lost.
